How To Customize Your FaceRx Treatment!

Here at Musely, we love your feedback. Our goal is to make this traditionally complicated process of prescription skincare into something that’s refreshingly easy and accessible, so we’re constantly taking your suggestions to refine and add new features to the FaceRx experience.

For all FaceRx treatments, we generally recommend once daily application, unless directed otherwise by your dermatologist or when experiencing side effects (Download the Musely app for helpful eNurse checkups!). While we designed each fill to last two months, it’s understandable if you end up finishing the current fill before or after your next refill arrives.

Good news is, you can customize your refill dates! Here's how:

Changing your refill date (on web browser)

1. Go to https://www.musely.com/treatment.
2. Select the treatment for which you want to change refill date.
3. Select “Change Next Refill Date”.
4. Choose your new refill date.
5. Confirm the change and you’re good to go!

1. Scroll to My Prescriptions
2. Select relevant treatment.
3. Select Change refill order date
4. Select “Change Next Refill Date”.
5. Choose your new refill date.
6. Confirm the change and you’re good to go!
