on day 4 on the pill and it slowed the dark spots from darkening when I miss four days of spot cream application due to sickness. it was easy to swallow a pill but challenging to apply cream. this has happened to me several times and the dark spots will come back stronger delaying progress however since adding the spot pill I noticed my melasma remained light and so I am excited to continue it with my spot cream simultaneously now I am healthier for better improvement
