First ordered this product, the pill along with the spot cream. This is a year long progression of photos. I did start to notice improvement after a few months. After about the 6 month mark the improvement was night and day noticeable. A full year and I think I could actually go in public without base makeup. I took the pill as prescribed. I used the spot cream sparingly, but at least weekly. Best product out there!
