Valerie W.Verified PurchaseI love the Spot peel. There is an improvement immediately after & continues to clear dark spots a few weeks later. I applied a thin layer, then went back & used the rest. Washed it off 12 hours later, slight tingling with no burning. It looked like I had a sunburn with the redness, minimal tenderness. Started to peel few days after & completely peeled entire face. I stopped using face products a week prior to prevent any interactions. I highly recommend using it on the weekend so your face can heal before returning to work. I was unable to wear makeup, just a small amount of powder on the 4th day. I used a good amount of Cetaphil moisturizer with sunscreen and only Cetaphil face wash. Wear a hat and avoid sun. I will be including the peel in my Melasma face care regimen & repeating every 6 months for best results. DO NOT use it at night before you go to bed, it does not completely dry & will rub off on bedding a not be as effective (this needs to be put in the directions). Helpful547 found this helpful
