My 2 month trial is almost up and I'm honestly surprised there was a significant difference. I have a lot of acne hyperpigmentation and keratosis pilaris so based on the reviews, I was hopeful it would help me too. Thankfully it has. My skin is so much smoother and spots have faded a good bit. However, even though my assigned derm said I could use this on my chest as well, it caused irritation and bumpy skin for weeks. So although spots have faded there too, I had to stop use there. I docked a star only because I honestly would rather get a chemical peel or laser treatment due to the amount of spots I have. The amount in the bottle doesn't cover all my problem areas so I will most likely have to use this for quite some time which adds up in $ anyway. But if your problems are less than mine, this is an affordable option. A bit time consuming as you have to apply it every night and wash it off the next day, then repeat, but affordable.
